WELCOME TO EMMANUEL'S ONLINE GIVING PAGE!
Online giving is a safe and easy way to support the ministries of Emmanuel Baptist Church. This system enables you to support the church by making a one-time contribution or establishing a recurring contribution.
4 Simple Steps
- Click on "Give Now" and create a user id and password.
- Provide contact and bank or credit card information.
- Indicate the amount, frequency (one-time or recurring) and designation for your gift.
- After you are done configuring your online giving, please make sure that you click the "logout" button on the right side of the Online Giving window. This will help keep your information safe.
After you have logged in, please select your payment type.
Currenlty the only options are Visa or Mastercard.

VIEW CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT
As part of Emmanuel's Online Giving you can check your giving statements online. Each person/family that has contributed a gift will have a contribution statement even if you have never used the online giving feature. The contribution statement is a detailed list of contributions that shows past givings by year and a Year to Date (YTD) total for the current year.
VIEW CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT
Follow these steps to view your contribution statement:
- Click the "VIEW CONTRITBUTION STATEMENT" link above. A new window will pop up with login information.
- If you already have set up an online giving account, login using your UserID and Password. You will be asked to do an account conversion that will update your UserID (email) and Password in our system. Please DO NOT skip this step and you should only have to do it once. (NEW USERS: If you have never created an online giving account, click the "Create an account" link to the right of the login area. Then follow the on screen instructions and provide the information needed.)
- Once you have successfully logged in you can scroll down and see your "Contribution History" or contribution statement. Make sure that the year you want to view is selected in the drop down box next to "Year". For example, for a giving statement for 2010, make sure "2010" is selected. You can also click "Print View" to see a detailed list of giving that is printable. From this view, click "Print Statement" in the top right hand corner. After printing or viewing your statement make sure you click the back button in your web browser to go back to your online giving page. If you close the browser from the Print View you will have to repeat the login process.
- After you are done viewing your statement, make sure you click "Logout" on the right side of the screen before you close your browser.

HOW CAN I GIVE?
There are many ways to support the ministries of Emmanuel Baptist Church through giving. Below are descriptions of the various areas for giving.
General Operating Budget
Giving to the Operating Budget provides support for the day to day ministries of the Church. In addition, gifts to the budget also support administrative costs of personnel, facilities, insurance, transportation services, educational materials and supplies for all Connection Classes.
Designated Gifts
Gifts can also be designated to support special and seasonal ministries of the Church. These ministries include: children ministries, student ministries, music ministries, outreach and other Outside the Walls Ministries, international and local mission efforts. If you would like to give to a specific ministry online, make sure that you choose the "Honorarium" fund and then the subfund that you would like to give to.
Event Registration
Certian events during the year will be eligable online for registration and payments. If you can pay online for an event there will be a registration button on that event page.
A Vision to Reality (Relocation Gifts)
You can choose to give directly to the relocation. Please choose the "Building" fund when filling in your giving information after you login. You can also visit our Relocation page to get more information and see what God has done.

At Emmanuel, we use an online database called Fellowship One. Their system allows us to provide access to your contribution records and allows you to make donations online. They provide all of the security for the system. This system is used by churches throughout the country and has been fully tested by them.
There are two aspects of security related to the system. First, Fellowship One provides data security using the latest security technology. The following statement is from their security documentation: "[the system] utilizes the most current encryption technology to maintain the security of your data. Every parameter passed in the hyperlinks is fully encrypted. Additionally, the Login module handles passwords using what is known in technical terms as salted hash. In laymen’s terms, this means it would take 50 computers (running constantly) continuously presenting password combinations four years to discover the password."
The second aspect of security relates to account creation. When you first create a new account in the system, you will be able to donate immediately, but you will not have access to any previous contribution information. Before that can happen, we must manually link your previous information to the account you created.
In order to verify the authenticity of the account request, we will ensure that all of your data matches our current records (e.g., address, phone number, and email address). If there is any question, we will contact you via email or call you before creating the link. Since this is a manual process, we will perform these steps approximately once a week.
When you create your account, you will determine your own login id and password. If you forget your login id or password, you can have the system email it to you by entering the email address that you used when you created your account. If you need help or cannot remember the email address you used, you can contact us at giving@emmanuelpittsburg.org at the church office (903)856-3411. You can also change your password at any time.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Emmanuel will never call you to ask for your login information.
